Dana Bach

Listen to: Surrender   |
In Torno

Dana Bach age eighteen, born and raised in New Jersey, is a descendent of Johann Sebastian Bach. She is a vocal protege of
Vera Tisheff, classical pianist and producer. Ms. Tisheff has trained numerous pop and classical artists and has herself performed to
critical acclaim with the Boston Pops, Rochester Philharmonic, Munich Symphony, Mexico City Symphony, Athens Philharmonic,
Zagreb and Belgrade Philharmonics, New York Chamber Orchestra at Town Hall, and more.

Dana Bach is setting the standard for the sound of “new classical” music. It all began in Venice, Italy when Ms. Tisheff discovered
rarely heard 18th century Italian art songs. She and Dana rewrote these unique works bringing contemporary melodies, harmonies
and English lyrics to the intangible qualities of the original art songs.

Ms. Bach’s powerful voice, temperament, songwriting skills and musical depth captivate all who listen. Her memorable performance
of these “new classical” pieces puts her squarely in the vanguard for musical achievement. Her talent is rarely encountered in
someone so young; she is poised to be her generation’s crossover artist.

Ms. Bach made her professional debut at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York City and has also performed for
Metropolitan Philip; head of the North American Orthodox Archdiocese, and was the featured vocalist at the National Orthodox
Church Convention in Toronto.
