YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Online Credit Card Order with your eCashPad- The Fastest, Easiest and Most SECURE. Your credit card is authorized IMMEDIATELY, nobody sees your credit card information, and your order is processed right away. If you do not have an eCashPad - register for an account with a promise to shop with us and we will send you one ABSOLUTELY FREE (be sure to give your correct shipping address and phone number - no PO Boxes).

2. Order with credit card by Phone - 609 924-5007. Pretty fast order processing, but not as fast as Option 1. Still very safe and secure.

3. Order with credit card by Fax - 609 924-5007 In this case, write down the name and item number of each product you wish to buy. Fax us a list of the items, shipping choice (express, priority or regular) with your credit card information on it (include card number, cvvs number and billing address) and fax it to us. Order processing with Option 1 is faster than this method.

4. Order with Check or Money Order - In this case, you still do the online order process, but you select the "Check" Payment Method on our secure order form. When you finalize your order, you print out your order information page, write your check or money order out to Mystery Park Arts Company, Inc. (our corporate name), and send your payment with order page to us. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 2993, Princeton, N.J. 08543-2993. Order processing is done ONLY when we receive payment. This is the slowest method of them all.

Placing Your First Order

Placing an order at Mystery Park Arts Company and VirsaOnline is easy. There's no need to create an account first. However, if you sign up for an account you will get a FREE eCashPad to shop in the MPA/VIRSA store!

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our web site and store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the side navigation bar of the store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Add one to Basket" button. Keep shopping until your cart contains all the items you want. You can check you shopping cart at any time by click "Basket Contents" in the lower-top navigation bar. If you want to buy an item immediately click on the "Buy one Now" button and you will be taken to checkout immediately.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "remove" button next to the title. The item will be removed from your shopping cart and you can come back at another time to purchase if you wish.. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Basket-Shopping Cart" , click the "Checkout" button on the lower top navigation bar. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

If you are a new customer, and click the "create new account" or "place order without account button". Note that creating an account makes purchasing from MPA/VIRSA a much easier process for future visits (and we hope that is often).

New Account Sign-up: Create a log-in name and enter an e-mail address to send lost password. Create a password and reconfirm. Enter Shipping information and Bill to Information (if different) and click the "continue" button." You may be taken to a special offer page. You may add the special offer to order or not add to order. You will then be taken to a new page to let us know what payment method you will be using and shipping method of choice..

Order without account: Enter Shipping information and Bill to Information (if different) and click the "continue" button". You may be taken to a special offer page. Select a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Standard, Rapid (2 day) or Overnight. US POSTAL SERVICE OR UNITED PARCEL SERVICE - FED EX ALSO POSSIBLE SEND AN E-MAIL REQUESTING SUCH.

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, via eCashPad swiped transactions, or if paying by a check, money order, or cashier's check denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank call in your order to 609 924 5007 or send by e-mail to [email protected]. All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.

Submit Your Order

You will be asked to continue to the eConnect "Bank Eyes Only" processing system. A new page will come up with your general order information, followed by an Active X popup window. If asked to continue select yes - it is perfectly safe. The window will request you to swipe your credit card through the eCashPad. If the card does not read the first time try again until it does. It may help to hold the eCashPad in hand while swiping. If you still have problems follow these steps:


 

Having Problems?

1. Are you using the USB eCashPad or the first model? If it is the first model than it will not work - contact eConnect and they will immediately send you new eCashPad. Include your address in the request.

2. If you are using the USB eCashPad, then follow all the steps at http://www.econnectholdings.com/cabs/?
(We suggest that you reinstall using the simple steps)

3. NOTE: You may simply need to change the security settings in your browser to accept Active X controls in order for the transaction to go through. Go to tools - Internet options - security - Internet - custom level and enable Active X to engage or at least prompt..

eConnect will soon have an auto-detect utility on their website that user's can download if they are facing problems...

After Successful swipe:

You will be asked to confirm your purchase - click OK and you are returned to MPA Website to an invoice screen

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

If for any reason you need to change your order before it ships, please notify us immediately by e-mail us at [email protected]. Please include order number and full name when sending an e-mail.

Once you place your order, you will be emailed or faxed a Shipping Confirmation the same day it ships. You may track the progress of your shipment by contacting us at [email protected] and we will send you details. Hint: When shopping online, it is best to order as many items as you may want in the near future all at once. Shipping charges are substantial reduced the more items you have in your basket.

Does choosing One-Day or Two-day Shipping mean my order will arrive in one or two days?

Not usually. Remember to add in the availability time of your items. If you select One-Day Shipping, the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total.

Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for One-Day or Two-day Shipping.
