CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We dedicate ourselves to our customers and those who receive our products.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we will promptly
send a replacement or provide you with a refund or credit on the item,
whichever you prefer. All returned items must be either in original shrink
wrap or a damaged item.
SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe.
This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card
as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing
Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent
charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We
will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will
only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using
the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
CANCELLING/CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it ships, please
notify us immediately by email us at [email protected].
Please include order number and full name when sending an email to cancel
your order. Once the order has shipped and it has not yet been delivered,
you would only incur the cost of shipping it and you would be credited
the rest of the order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If for any reason you decide to have your item returned or exchanged,

to discuss the return or exchange.
INSERTIONS: We will gladly include cards, labels, literature or promotional
merchandise in any of our items at no additional cost. Lead time for this
service varies from one to three weeks prior to ship date, depending on

All our gifts include an enclosure card with a message of your choice.
Please be sure to include your name or the name of your company so the
recipient of your thoughtful gift will know who sent it.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Complete purchase orders for all custom orders shipping
during the holiday season (Christmas and Hanukkah must be received no
later than November 15th)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We will ship our products anywhere in the world. Enter your courty and
mailing code and upon checkout select only UPS global shipping options.
